Inquiry and Call
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll lock in your package and date with a contract and retainer. From there, we’ll align on expectations and any add-ons well before the wedding.
Planning
On the day of your wedding, we show up prepared and work discreetly alongside your vendors. Our focus is on capturing real moments as they naturally happen.
Wedding Day
Your films are edited in-house with attention to pacing, audio, and storytelling. Final videos are delivered in 4k through an online gallery within 3 months of your wedding date, with the option to purchase raw footage on a physical hard drive.

Once you know your wedding date, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible about our availability. We film a limited number of weddings every year to ensure our couples receive the highest quality service, so our calendar typically fills up months in advance.

You know what they say, “the wet knot of marriage is harder to break!” Rain on your wedding day sucks, but in many cultures, it’s a sign of good luck!
Most outdoor weddings will have a backup plan in case of rain from the venue, so we’ll adhere to whatever rain plans there are. Light rain is completely doable!

We deliver our films 12 weeks after the wedding and will rush edit for an additional fee.

Yes! We film engagements. We’ll work with you to sneakily film you both before the big moment. Whether it be with a massive party or a quiet intimate moment, we’ll plan with you just how we’ll do it. See Abby and Hannah’s engagement here!

Definitely! While we’re based in Union, NJ, we’re available for destination weddings worldwide. If your wedding is over 50 miles outside the Greater NYC metropolitan area, we’re happy to come to your city for an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and reasonable accommodations. We have a bit of a travel bug and are always down to film somewhere new.

Yes! Every Dovetale Digital pilot is Part 107 certified. We’ll check airspace ahead of time to see what’s possible at the venue, but with enough time, we can apply for a waiver with the FAA to receive airspace authorization. See some of our drone work here.
